You will receive an email/text requesting your hair and inspiration photos. This will ensure that we have the correct appointment booked.
Your Experience
I know meeting a new stylist can be scary, so I do what I can to make this process as comfortable for you as possible. Begin by choosing how you would like to book your appointment. Whether you book your appointment yourself or get help booking... Your experience begins with a request for your current hair photo and some inspiration photos. This will begin your before appointment consultation. These photos will help ensure that the appropriate service is booked for your appointment, we have the proper timing, and can achieve your goal.
Next you will receive a welcome email, this email will contain details on what to expect during your appointment and where to park. The day before your appointment, you will receive a text with a link to customize your appointment (this is entirely optional but will allow you to have the most comfortable experience). The selections range from if you would like a heating pad on your seat, a beverage of choice, what type of scalp massage you would like, and more.If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask!

Policies
No Show and Cancellation Policy:
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled LESS than 24 hours in advance will be subject to cancellation fees of 50% of the appointment.
No Shows will be charged 100% of the appointment.
No Show and Cancellation Fees are due same day, these fees must be paid before booking future appointments.
New Client No Shows may be restricted from booking.
Medical + Safety
Exception Clause:
Should you need to cancel your appointment due to unexpected illness, unsafe weather conditions, power outages, or other emergency event within 24 hours of your appointment, the cancellation fee will be applied to your next appointment.
*1 grace appointment a year for last minute scheduling changes, cancellations, or no shows*
Late Policy:
If a client is 15 minutes or more, late to an appointment, that appointment may need to be rescheduled and a "no show fee" will be necessary before rescheduling.
Please contact me if you are going to be late.
Re-do Policy:
I strive to offer my clients the highest level of client satisfaction.
If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit.
If after reviewing our consultation, I can see that I missed the mark in the execution of your services, I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge.
If you are simply looking for a different result than what was agreed upon in the consultation, I am happy to quote you a refinement rate, which will allow us to shift your look based on your new goals.
Every effort will be made to get you back into the salon within 7 days of your redo request.
Please note that if you do not notify me within 7 days of your dissatisfaction, the redo policy becomes null and void and any request changes will be billed according to my service menu and pricing.
