The education here is focused on preparing you for booth rental and giving you the knowledge you need in order to run your business successfully. Our goal is to help prepare you and to help you navigate the business side of this industry. Who is this for? The Founder
Hi, my name is Lisa Atkins. I have been a hairstylist for over 18 years and during my time in this industry I have noticed the lack of education that prepares beauty professionals for the business side of being in this industry. Many of us begin without any knowledge of what it takes to run a business, let alone what our options are in this industry as beauty professionals. I have created Beginning Beauty Business in order to fill that gap and help prepare you for working in this industry and switching to booth rental when the time comes. I want to answer your questions and share my knowledge of this industry with you so that you can better navigate your career.
My knowledge of this industry comes from, not only my time in this industry, but the education I have taken and implemented in my own business behind the chair. I have learned from multiple hairstylists business coaches such as Britt Seva, Hunter Donia, Lisa Huff, Cash Lawless, and Sarai Speer. From marketing to finances, from boundaries to automations, I have learned so much over the years and through education and implementation of what was learned. I am an open book and would love to help you on your journey.
